Das Album erreichte Platz 17 der Billboard-Charts „Top Independent Albums“ und Platz 169 der Billboard 200-Album-Charts – Coopers Album mit den höchsten Charts seit The Last Temptation, 11 Jahre zuvor. Am Record Store Day 2019 wurde Dirty Diamonds erstmals auf Vinyl veröffentlicht und auf Blood Splattered Color Vinyl gepresst. Diese Auflage war auf 1000 Exemplare limitiert. Die Zweitauflage dieser Platte ist auf transparentem rotem Vinyl und auf 1000 Exemplare limitiert.
