40th Anniversary Edition, Red 180 Gram Vinyl, Remastered
Fun Boy Three formed when Terry Hall, Lynval Golding and Neville Staple left The Specials in the summer of 1981. Taking on a more pop sensibility, the band scored a run of UK hits in their first year — the debut single "The Lunatics (Have Taken Over the Asylum)," the Bananarama collaboration "It Ain't What You Do It's the Way That You Do It," and "The Telephone Always Rings." Released in March 1982, this self-titled debut reached the UK Top 10 and went gold.
