To mark 100 years since the premiere of Puccini's final opera Turandot, Decca presents a strictly limited deluxe reissue of the legendary 1972 recording conducted by Zubin Mehta. Featuring an all-star cast of Luciano Pavarotti, Joan Sutherland, Montserrat Caballé and Nicolai Ghiaurov, it includes Pavarotti's signature aria "Nessun Dorma" — the most streamed opera aria of all time. Newly remastered in 24-bit/192kHz from the original master tapes, it is available on vinyl for the first time since the 1970s, housed in a linen-bound deluxe box with a hardback book, archival material and exclusive artwork. This strictly limited edition will not be repressed.
