Rega - Osiris Integrated Amplifier

Rega’s flagship integrated: 162 watts into 8 ohms, 250 into 4, a balanced XLR input and a CNC-machined reference remote.

The Osiris is the top of Rega’s six-model integrated range and, despite being a long-running design, is very much a current product — Rega now lists it as the Osiris Ref, aligning it with its Reference series.

Power is 162 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 250 watts into 4, with 44dB of gain and distortion below 0.05%. Response extends down to 10Hz at the −1.7dB point. It draws 560 watts and weighs 25.6kg.

Connectivity is where it differs from everything below it: four line inputs plus a balanced XLR input and a Direct input, which is the only balanced input in Rega’s integrated range. A record output is provided at 215mV into 100k.

As with the Aethos, there is no phono stage and no DAC — Rega’s position is that at this level you should use dedicated separates, and it points to the Aura MC Ref for phono and the Isis Ref for digital. There is also no headphone output, so if you listen on headphones plan for a separate amplifier. A reference CNC-machined remote handset and a reference mains lead are included.
