Roofman is a biographical crime-comedy directed by Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine, The Place Beyond the Pines), starring Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, and Peter Dinklage. Based on an unbelievable true story, it follows Army veteran and struggling father Jeffrey Manchester (Tatum), who robs McDonald's restaurants by cutting holes in their roofs — earning him the nickname Roofman. The score was composed by Grizzly Bear multi-instrumentalist Christopher Bear, with contributions from The War on Drugs' Jon Natchez.
