The 1967 debut from psychedelic rock icons The Electric Prunes. Formed in 1966, the band took a novel approach—conceiving of themselves as a recording unit rather than a live act—and discovered a signature reverb-drenched, fuzzed-out garage-pop sound. The album opens with the legendary single "I Had Too Much to Dream (Last Night)," later immortalized as the first track on the influential Nuggets compilation. Cut from the original analog master tapes by Kevin Gray.
