Blind Melon's eponymous 1992 debut introduced one of alternative rock's most distinctive voices in the late Shannon Hoon, alongside a sound blending Southern rock, psychedelia, folk and pop. Home to the breakthrough hit "No Rain," the album was recorded largely with producer Rick Parashar (Pearl Jam's Ten) at London Bridge Studio in Seattle, using vintage amplifiers and antiquated studio gear to capture a pure, intimate, effects-free sound. This limited import edition spreads the album and bonus material across two orange colored vinyl LPs.
