With Mark Feltham (Nine Below Zero) adding harmonica, the band create a mesmerizing, ambient sound that points toward later groups like Mogwai, while still making room for anthemic shoegaze on "Shocking" and "Judy Staring at the Sun," which features guest vocals from Tanya Donelly.
