Recorded April 21, 1982 at the L.A.-area jazz club Hop Singh's, this set documents Darlene Love's triumphant re-emergence as a solo artist after decades as one of pop's most respected backup singers. Backed by the Monte Carlos, she revisits many of the Phil Spector-era hits she sang in the 1960s, from "He's a Rebel" and "Da Doo Ron Ron" to a rousing closing gospel medley. This remastered collection makes the performance available once again.
