Jimmy Witherspoon - Evenin' Blues Analogue Productions LP (Stereo)
$39.99
180 Gram Stereo LP, Mastered from the Original Analog Tapes by Kevin Gray
This relaxed August 1963 session is one of blues shouter Jimmy Witherspoon's rarest, and the only time he recorded with T-Bone Walker, the father of electric blues guitar. Walker adds his trademark brittle-toned solos to a set of standards, while San Antonio saxophonist Clifford Scott contributes tenor, searing alto and flute. Mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog tapes and pressed at Quality Record Pressings.
