Live in Japan 1973, Live in London 1974 captures previously unreleased live performances by the original supergroup Beck, Bogert & Appice — Jeff Beck, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice. Before his death in 2023, Beck revisited concert recordings from the power trio he formed in 1972, documenting the band at the beginning and end of its short but influential run with two 1973 shows in Osaka and one of the group's final performances at London's Rainbow Theatre in 1974. Beck and Appice mixed every concert from the original multi-tracks that had sat in Beck's archive for nearly 50 years, and the set is dedicated to the memories of Beck and Bogert.
