On Before and After, Neil Young revisits a wide-ranging, mostly obscure selection of his own songs, performed solo acoustic and sequenced as one continuous 48-minute flow. Spanning his career from Buffalo Springfield's "Burned" to "Don't Forget Love" from 2021's Barn, it also includes the previously unreleased song "If You Got Love." Produced by Lou Adler and Neil Young, and mixed by Young and Niko Bolas, it's an intimate listening experience designed to be heard as a whole.
