The two piano concertos are the first vinyl release from Korean star pianist Seong-Jin Cho's most ambitious project to date for Deutsche Grammophon: a complete recording of Maurice Ravel's piano works marking the 150th anniversary of the French composer's birth. Cho's sensitive interpretations are accompanied by the Boston Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Andris Nelsons. Ten years after winning the Chopin Competition, Cho confirms his status as one of the most important pianists of our time, with the first part of these benchmark recordings now available on 180g vinyl.
