Ursprünglich Mitte April 1977 veröffentlicht, erreichte das Album einen Monat später Platz 1 der Billboard Top Soul Charts und Platz 6 der Billboard 200. Das Album enthält „Footsteps In The Dark“, gesampelt vom Hip-Hop-Künstler Ice Cube für seinen Hit „It Was A Good Day“. Der Song erreichte Platz 7 der Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs-Charts und Platz 25 der Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs-Charts von 1993.
