180 Gram Vinyl LP — First Authorized US Pressing
France Gall was one of the central figures of the 1960s yé-yé pop movement. She was catapulted to the top of the scene after winning the 1965 Eurovision Song Contest with her rendition of Serge Gainsbourg's "Poupée de Cire, Poupée de Son." This album collects two of her most loved tracks, the title song and the Gainsbourg-penned "Laisse Tomber Les Filles," alongside highlights such as "Sacré Charlemagne." Third Man Records issued the first authorized North American vinyl pressing of this 1965 classic on 180-gram vinyl.
