The quartet of pianist John Lewis, vibraharpist Milt Jackson, bassist Percy Heath, and drummer Connie Kay deliver inventive readings of Lewis' "Vendome" and "Django," Ray Brown's title track, and Jim Hall's "Romaine," along with cooking jams on "How High the Moon" and "It Don't Mean a Thing."
