180-Gram Vinyl, Mono, Limited Edition Facsimile Reissue

Recorded at Studio des Dames in Paris on June 5, 1958 for the French Polydor label, this rare and relaxed trio date catches pianist Ronnell Bright — in Paris during Sarah Vaughan's European tour — really opening up on the keys in ways you don't always hear on his work behind singers. He's joined by Richard Davis on bass and English drummer Art Morgan. Reissued by Sam Records from the original master tapes.

Features

  • 180g vinyl pressed by Optimal in Germany using the metal mothers from Pallas
  • Mono; remastered from the original master tapes
  • Facsimile reissue with double insert using an original Jean-Pierre Leloir session photo
  • Label: Sam Records
