The Brian Setzer Orchestra, the swing and jump blues big band formed in 1992 by Stray Cats frontman Brian Setzer, released Guitar Slinger in 1996 as the follow-up to their 1994 debut. The album set the stage for the group's 1998 breakout The Dirty Boogie, blending roaring horns with Setzer's rockabilly guitar.
