The album by David Gilmour, Luck and Strange, was recorded over five months in Brighton and London and is Gilmour's first album of new material in nine years. Produced by David Gilmour and Charlie Andrew, with lyrics mostly written by Polly Samson, the record features backing vocals and harp from Romany Gilmour. The title track also features the late Pink Floyd keyboardist Richard Wright, recorded in 2007 during a Barn Jam at David's house. This deluxe boxed set collects the album with bonus tracks, a Blu-ray, and a hardcover book.
