Generation X emerged from the English punk scene of 1976, built from the remnants of the band Chelsea and featuring Billy Idol and Tony James. Recorded in just one week and produced by Martin Rushent, their self-titled debut brought a cleaner, more melodic edge to punk that's often cited as an early influence on pop-punk. This edition is pressed on red vinyl.
