Stain is Living Colour's third album, released in 1993 and the first to feature bassist Doug Wimbish. Produced by Ron St. Germain, it pushed the band into heavier, more aggressive territory with elements of thrash and industrial, adding samples to their sonic mix while staying focused and hard-hitting. It reached #26 on the Billboard 200.
