Long overdue gatefold reissue on solid dark green vinyl, remastered from Billy's own master tapes.

Brewing Up with Billy Bragg is the second album by Billy Bragg, originally released in 1984. This reissue comes in a gatefold sleeve and was remastered by John Webber at Air Studios using high-resolution transfers made from master tapes in Bragg's archives. Following the DIY punk minimalism of his debut Life's A Riot (With Spy vs Spy), Brewing Up works from a similar sonic palette — opening with an attack on the tabloid press in "It Says Here" and closing with soulful Hammond organ on "A Lover Sings," by way of the trumpet on "The Saturday Boy." Produced by Edward De Bono, it made the Top 10 in NME's 1984 albums of the year.
