Recorded at the sixth annual Blues Masters at the Crossroads at Blue Heaven Studios in Salina, Kansas, this set finds the writer of "Polk Salad Annie" and "Rainy Night in Georgia" in full swamp-rock form — growling harmonica, grease-slicked electric guitar and a funk-strutting "Polk Salad Annie."

Mastered by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab from the original analog master tapes and pressed at Quality Record Pressings.
