Ratt released Detonator, their last full-length of the Atlantic era, in 1990. Music was changing, but the album was still a success, peaking at #23 on the Billboard 200 and going gold. The first Ratt album to feature major outside songwriting contributions (Desmond Child, Diane Warren) and guests (Jon Bon Jovi, Michael Schenker), it includes lead single "Lovin' You's a Dirty Job" and the power ballad "Giving Yourself Away." The album features the classic lineup of Stephen Pearcy, Warren DeMartini, Robbin Crosby, Juan Croucier and Bobby Blotzer.
