Released in 1973, For Girls Who Grow Plump in the Night is the fifth studio album by Canterbury scene mainstays Caravan. With Richard Sinclair and Steve Miller departed, John G. Perry joined on bass and Dave Sinclair returned on keyboards, while viola player Geoff Richardson rounded out the new lineup. The result is one of the band's warmest and most accomplished records.
