The third of five albums by Miles Davis' legendary second quintet, Sorcerer (1967) is a post-bop classic where mood, inflection, and nuance take center stage. Comprised entirely of pieces written by his bandmates — Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Tony Williams — it ranges from the mellow ballad "Pee Wee" to the swirling title track, closing with the 1962 Bob Dorough-sung "Nothing Like You." Mobile Fidelity mastered this numbered 45RPM edition from the 1/4" / 15 IPS analog master to DSD 256.
