Jazz at the Pawnshop - Jazz at the Pawnshop - 2xHD LP
$89.99
AAA Audiophile 200-Gram 33⅓ RPM Double LP
Recorded live at the Stampen jazz club in Stockholm in December 1976, Jazz at the Pawnshop has long been regarded as one of the finest-sounding jazz recordings ever made. The crowd lifted the musicians to the peak of their abilities, and engineer Gert Palmcrantz captured it all on a pair of Nagra recorders. This 2xHD edition was mastered by René Laflamme on Nagra equipment with vacuum-tube tape-head electronics and cut all-analog at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
