We’ve come to the difficult decision to bring the Gold Membership program to a close. Although many of our customers have saved considerably with this program, it has not been able to escape an overall negative reaction from many in the record collecting field. Additionally YouTube is now taking far longer to process our uploaded videos, which has effectively destroyed the early access members had to incoming releases. We deeply apologize for any disappointment this may cause to our current Gold members.
If you are currently a Gold member, your membership will still be good for the entire month you’ve paid – it simply will not renew. No action will be needed on your part. At the end of June, used records will once again show as purchasable for all customers.
We are examining the ins and outs of some sort of point/discount program in the future for our loyal customers and we ask that you continue considering us for your vinyl needs, as we want to provide the best small record shop experience by mail that you can find.

I’m bummed to hear this. I would appreciate some new way for there to be that discount still. :) It was one of the reasons I bought most of my records through the In Groove. While I had given up on the early access videos I was still a happy customer. I hope “record collectors” can do math. Access or no it was a solid deal.
