Aliens Ate My Buick is the third studio album by English new wave/synth-pop musician Thomas Dolby, released in 1988. Never one to play it safe, Dolby delivered an exuberant, in-your-face record blending funk, jazz, zoot-suit swing, salsa and reggae. In his autobiography The Speed of Sound, he described it as "a crazy postcard home from a British expat on a debauched visit to Hollywood." The album peaked at number 30 on the UK Albums Chart, led by the single "Airhead."
