Head Over Heels is the second studio album by the influential Scottish band Cocteau Twins, released in October 1983 by 4AD. It was their first record as the duo of Elizabeth Fraser and Robin Guthrie, and it crystallized the band's signature sound: Guthrie's lush, cascading guitars beneath Fraser's largely wordless vocals — an early archetype of ethereal wave.
