Cowboy Junkies - The Trinity Session - Analogue Productions LP
$59.99
180 Gram Vinyl, Expanded Gatefold Edition — Remastered by Original Engineer Peter Moore
Recorded in a single day in November 1987 inside Toronto's Church of the Holy Trinity, with the band gathered around one ambisonic microphone, The Trinity Session is a hushed landmark of alt-country and dream-folk. The natural church reverb and live, one-take approach lend it an almost sacred intimacy, anchored by Margo Timmins' serene vocals and the band's narcotic reading of the Velvet Underground's "Sweet Jane." This Analogue Productions edition was remastered by original engineer Peter Moore with the band.
