Limited edition 180 gram audiophile vinyl LP repressing of this album by the classic Rock band led by John Fogerty. Released in April 1972, Mardi Gras marked CCR's farewell as a musical entity after five enormously successful years. Yet this album, as it's title suggests, is more a celebration than a swan song. With the departure of guitarist Tom Fogerty a year previously, the group worked closely as a trio, sharing writing, singing, and production duties. Includes 'What Are You Gonna Do', 'Door To Door', 'Hello Mary Lou', 'Need Someone To Hold', 'Lookin' For A Reason', 'Someday Never Comes' and many more.
