Originally released in 1974, Peace and Love - Wadadasow is the magnum opus of Michael George Henry, better known as Ras Michael and, for this lone release, Dadawah. Produced by Lloyd Charmers, the album fuses slinky basslines, wah-wah guitar, hypnotic keyboards and dubbed-out studio trickery with the propulsive drumming and rhythmic chanting of Nyahbinghi devotional music. This reissue from Antarctica Starts Here marks the first widely available domestic release, complete with liner notes by JR Gonne.
