Released in 2009, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King was the first studio album in over four years from the Dave Matthews Band. Produced by Rob Cavallo, it followed 2005's Stand Up, the band's fourth consecutive studio set to enter the Billboard 200 at #1. The album is a tribute to founding saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who passed away during its making.
