Limited Picture Disc LP
The Man Who Sold the World was, for most intents and purposes, the beginning of David Bowie's classic period. Working with guitarist Mick Ronson and producer Tony Visconti, Bowie developed a tight, twisted heavy guitar rock that appears simple on the surface but grows more gnarled with each listen — the off-center mix dominated by fuzz-bass, razor-thin guitars and Bowie's strangled, affected voice. This limited picture disc features the striking black-and-white imagery of the 1972 reissue.
