Autumn Variations is the 2023 album from British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. Inspired by Elgar's "Enigma Variations," Sheeran wrote the record around the life changes he and his friends experienced over one autumn. Reuniting with producer Aaron Dessner following their work on Subtract, the pair wrote and recorded the fourteen songs together, capturing the feeling of the season in their sonics.
