Elvis Presley - From Elvis In Nashville - LP
50th Anniversary Double LP, Gatefold Jacket — The 1970 Studio B "Marathon Sessions" Newly Mixed by Matt Ross-Spring
Recorded live in RCA's Studio B in Nashville during an epic five-day run in June 1970 (plus a September 22 session), these performances formed the core of three of Elvis' most successful 1970s studio albums. For the first time, the master recordings from those sessions are gathered as a single official album, presented in pristine audio newly mixed by acclaimed engineer Matt Ross-Spring without the layers of overdubbing and orchestration added to the original releases. Backed by the legendary "Nashville Cats" studio ensemble, it captures Elvis at the peak of his powers as a mature artist.
