An English rock 'n' roll band with a distinctly American accent, Foghat served their blues raw and their boogie southern-fried. This Rhino "Now Playing" collection gathers ten original recordings from the band's '70s heyday, capturing the gritty, no-frills boogie that was their calling card. As "Lonesome" Dave Peverett put it, "We stick with the basics. That's where our background is and that's what we all want to play."
