Remastered reissue of Gong's 1969 debut, Magick Brother. Formed in Paris by Australian guitarist-vocalist Daevid Allen and Welsh vocalist Gilli Smyth, Gong arrived as one of the great oddities of the psychedelic and space-rock age. Allen, Smyth and Didier Malherbe forged a musical vocabulary all their own while chasing essential metaphysical truths.
