180g High Quality Pressing — Remastered by Ray Staff at Air Mastering, Lyndhurst Hall, London
A landmark recording from pianist, composer, and community organizer Horace Tapscott, leader of the Pan-African Peoples Arkestra. Here the composer leads four extensive arrangements through his 16-piece orchestra, featuring many Nimbus West artists including Adele Sebastian, Jesse Sharps, and Linda Hill. The music weaves an afro-futuristic sound through changing tempos and a relentless, expressive, deeply spiritual feel across all four tracks. Produced by Tom Albach and Horace Tapscott; recorded in Los Angeles, April 8th, 1978.
