The set contains the original double album newly remastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog tapes, plus Electric Ladyland: The Early Takes (20 demos and studio outtakes), the previously unreleased Live at the Hollywood Bowl 9/14/68, and a Blu-Ray featuring the documentary At Last…The Beginning and a new 5.1 surround mix by original engineer Eddie Kramer. Housed in a luxe lift-top box with a 48-page book of Jimi's handwritten lyrics and unpublished photos.
