Limited 180g Vinyl, United Kingdom Import
Released in September 1967, Crusade introduced 18-year-old guitar prodigy Mick Taylor to the world, stepping in after Peter Green left to form his own group. John Mayall titled the album Crusade because he felt he would forever be on a crusade to bring the blues to the widest audience possible. Highlights include the opening reading of Albert King's "Oh, Pretty Woman." This reissue faithfully replicates the original 1967 Decca Records UK stereo release.
