The Steven Wilson and Robert Fripp 40th-anniversary stereo remix of King Crimson's 1982 album Beat, pressed on 200-gram super-heavyweight vinyl and mastered by Jason Mitchell at Loud Mastering from the original studio masters. Recorded just months after Discipline by the Fripp/Belew/Bruford/Levin quartet, Beat blended rock with electronica, funk and pop and charted in both the US and UK on the strength of "Waiting Man," "Neal and Jack and Me" and "Heartbeat." This edition features the extended version of "Requiem."
