Miles Davis - Someday My Prince Will Come - Analogue Productions LP
$39.99
200g Vinyl LP — Analogue Productions, mastered from the original analog tape by Ryan K. Smith at Sterling Sound and pressed at QRP.
Recorded over three days in April 1961, Someday My Prince Will Come captures Miles Davis' second great rhythm section — Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers, and Jimmy Cobb — at the peak of their telepathic interplay. The session also features John Coltrane's final recorded appearance with Miles, plus bluesy contributions from tenorman Hank Mobley. Analogue Productions' all-analog reissue pairs Ryan K. Smith's Sterling mastering with a heavyweight QRP pressing and a Stoughton tip-on jacket.
