Colemine Records presents a special 10-year anniversary pressing of Sound of Sinning, Monophonics' breakthrough studio LP, originally released in April 2015. Carrying the rich musical history of San Francisco into the present, the band plays their own brand of "Psychedelic Soul," touching on Northern soul, doo-wop, rock and roll, and cinematic music. Produced by Kelly Finnigan and Ian McDonald and recorded to an old eight-track tape machine at Transistor Sound Studios in San Rafael, CA, it's heartfelt music built on old-school vibes.
