Nagaoka - JC20EP 7 Inch Jacket Covers - 20 Pack

The 7-inch version of Nagaoka's outer jacket cover — 100 microns thick, with no welded seam across the bottom. Twenty per pack.

Singles get handled more than albums and protected less. These are the same construction Nagaoka uses on its LP covers, cut for 7-inch sleeves: a full 100 microns of film, thick enough to take the scuffing and shelf wear that would otherwise go straight onto the picture sleeve.

The bottom edge is the detail worth knowing about. Most poly outer covers are welded along the base, leaving a stiff ridge that catches when you file the record away. Nagaoka's process eliminates that weld, so the covers sit flat and slide cleanly in and out of a packed 45 box.
