Nagaoka - RS-LP2 Anti-Static Inner Record Sleeves - 50 Pack
The anti-static inner sleeve that has been the default recommendation among record collectors for decades — fifty per pack, made in Japan.
Nagaoka calls this the Stat Disc File, and the point of it is in the name. The sleeve carries a special anti-static treatment that stops the static charge on a record from pulling dust and airborne debris onto the playing surface. That charge is what turns a clean record into a dirty one between plays, and a plain paper sleeve does nothing about it.
The second thing the treatment does is more immediately noticeable. An untreated sleeve clings to the record as you pull it out, which is exactly the moment when a disc gets dropped, fingerprinted or dragged against the paper. The RS-LP2 releases cleanly.
Nagaoka has been making these to the same specification for years and points, reasonably, to a long track record among analog listeners worldwide. Fifty sleeves per pack.
