The tongue-in-cheek title is reflected in the cover art of ballroom dancers anchored to the ground so they cannot move. The album gathers alternate and edited mixes, including a version of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" edited for time and a newly re-recorded "Money" performed by David Gilmour after Capitol Records declined to license the original.
