A Foot in the Door is a career-spanning Pink Floyd compilation, originally released in 2011 and featuring artwork by longtime Floyd designer Storm Thorgerson. It gathers many of the band's best-known tracks from 1967 to 1994, including "See Emily Play," "Wish You Were Here," "Comfortably Numb," "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and "High Hopes." Newly mastered for vinyl by James Guthrie with lacquers cut by Bernie Grundman, the 2LP edition restores the ringing alarm-clock intro to "Time."
