Pink Floyd - The Wall - LP
180 Gram Vinyl, Gatefold 2LP, Remastered
The Wall is the 11th studio album by Pink Floyd, originally released in November 1979 and the last with the classic line-up of David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Richard Wright and Nick Mason before Wright left the band. A sprawling rock opera, it follows Pink — a character Roger Waters modeled after himself and original leader Syd Barrett — through themes of abandonment and personal isolation. This pressing was remastered from the original analogue tapes by James Guthrie, Joel Plante and Bernie Grundman. By 1999 the album had sold over 23 million RIAA-certified units, making it one of the highest-certified albums in U.S. history.
